These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paylor Sokoni's platform, including our website and services. By using Paylor Sokoni, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing and using Paylor Sokoni, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring all deals are legitimate, pricing is accurate, and bundle delivery is prompt. Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Safaricom terms of service.
All payments are processed through M-Pesa. Paylor Sokoni acts as a platform connecting merchants and customers. We do not hold funds - payments go directly to merchants. Transaction fees may apply as per M-Pesa standard rates.
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, abuse the platform, violate intellectual property rights, or use the service for any illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.
Paylor Sokoni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between merchants and customers, failed transactions, or delays in bundle delivery. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
